1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Odvero FBA Audit, you agree to these Terms. If you use it for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
2. The service
The product reads supported Amazon.com US Inventory Ledger and Reimbursements text reports in the browser, applies deterministic matching rules, and creates a review list with local CSV and Markdown exports. It can use an optional seller unit-cost file only as internal exposure context.
It does not connect to Amazon, access SP-API, monitor a seller account, calculate Amazon's reimbursement amount, draft or submit claims, provide accounts or storage, recover work after a refresh, or support marketplaces outside the United States.
3. Your reports
You retain your rights in selected files. The audit workflow does not send their contents to Odvero, so it grants Odvero no license to host or process those files on its servers. You are responsible for authorization, confidentiality, device security, and downloaded exports.
4. Permitted use
You may use the product for lawful internal inventory and reimbursement review. You may not interfere with the site, probe or bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, overload the service, misrepresent output as an Amazon decision, or violate law or another party's rights.
5. Your review responsibility
Reason codes and report formats can change. A likely reimbursement match is based on item, category, and chronology and can be wrong or incomplete. Found units, reversals, portal state, policy changes, prior cases, evidence requirements, and unsupported events can change the correct action.
You remain responsible for using complete authoritative reports, confirming current Amazon policy and eligibility, checking quantities and amounts, meeting deadlines, preserving evidence, and deciding whether and how to submit a claim.
6. Product ownership
Odvero and its licensors own the product, design, software, and related materials, excluding your files and exports. These Terms grant only the limited right to use the product under these Terms.
7. Availability and changes
We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue the product. The current free, browser-local workflow has no service-level commitment, saved history, or data recovery. Export anything you need before leaving the page.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the product is provided "as is" and "as available." Odvero disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Odvero will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost inventory, reimbursements, claims, profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from the product. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded is limited to the amount you paid to use Odvero FBA Audit during the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
