Scope

This notice applies to the Odvero FBA Audit website and its Amazon.com US report reconciliation workspace. The current product has no accounts, subscriptions, saved projects, server-side report processing, database, collaboration, or in-product support form.

Seller Central reports and cost files

Files you choose are read and reconciled by code running in your browser. The application does not send their contents to Odvero, an object store, analytics service, database, or AI provider. CSV and Markdown exports are created locally at your request. Odvero has no server copy to retrieve or delete.

Cookies, persistence, and analytics

The current application does not set a product cookie or include product analytics. It does not use local storage, IndexedDB, or a service worker to persist reports or results. Browser features such as tab restoration, crash recovery, swap, downloads, backups, and extensions operate outside the application boundary.

Website request metadata

Your browser sends ordinary requests to load the website and static assets. The hosting provider and infrastructure may process metadata such as IP address, timestamp, requested path, response status, and user agent for delivery, reliability, abuse prevention, and security under their configured practices. The application does not intentionally place report contents in URLs or request headers.

Downloads and your device

Files you download are controlled by you and your browser. Protect, retain, share, and delete them under your organization's policies. Seller Central reports can contain commercial identifiers, costs, case information, and other sensitive business data; avoid using an untrusted or shared device.

Support messages

If you email support, Odvero receives the address, message, and any material you choose to send and may retain it as needed to answer, secure, and document the request. Do not send reports, credentials, costs, case details, customer data, or screenshots containing them.

Changes and contact

This notice will change if the product introduces accounts, persistence, integrations, analytics, or other data flows. Privacy questions may be sent to support@odvero.com.
